ENTJ + ESFJ
Both are energetic, big-talkers and have the same need to be around people. They’re very similar in character (being both planners and doers) but also complement each other nicely because the ESFJ pays close attention to this duo’s immediate needs while the ENTJ anticipates future needs and develops plans to meet them.
Their greatest challenge to consider is the difference in the way they make their decisions. ESFJ’s are somewhat sensitive and use their personal values and feelings as a basis for a decision making while ENTP’s are logical and determine whether a solution to a problem is based on logic and makes good sense (regardless of how the decision affects others.)
ENTJ’s are excited by new challenges while ESFJ’s want predictability. ENTJ’s are big-picture people; ESFJ’s are focused on family and the day-to-day grind. As long as both respect and enjoy their differences, this is a good match.
Ultimately, ENTJ's seek someone who is reliable, emotionally stable, and not needy. ESFJ's are highly sensitive and base their decisions on emotion - a trait that many ENTJ's abhor.
This is not to say that this pairing cannot work or enjoy a loving and long-lasting relationship, but there are significant differences in what they value and how they approach life's problems.
