By virtue of being a Twin (or other multiple), this person understands best, from the very beginning of life, what it means to be intimate with someone. In fact, the closer in age any two siblings are (not just Twins), the more capacity one has for intimacy in any relationship.
Why? They share the same interests at the same time in life; they likely have friends that run in the same circles. They share many of the same fads, and enjoy the same TV shows; pretty much everything that relates to childhood is shared at a very personal level with Twins and close-aged siblings.
In romantic relationships other Twins are most compatible, however, predicting compatibility in romantic relationships for a Twin is partially dependent upon the kind of Twin one is. Twins can be identical (one egg split and they share the same exact genes - are the same sex) or fraternal (two or more eggs were fertilized at the same time). If the Twins are fraternal, they could be of different sexes.
Opposite sex Twins are naturally the most willing and able people to share total intimacy with someone of the opposite sex - hands down. They understand the other sex on a level that few (if any) other types are capable of.
Twins, of course, can have other siblings. If a Twin has siblings, the rules that apply to the type of sibling he/she is also apply (Big Brother of Brother(s), Younger Sister of Sister(s), etc.)
