INFP + ESTP

INFP + ESTP

These two are nearly total opposites.  Historically, marriage counselors see opposites marry and divorce and find the same opposite type to marry again (and sometimes divorce-again).

There's always a yearning to "complete" one's self with an opposite type, but it really doesn't work out without lots of growth and painful self-reckoning.  You need to have some basic commonalities with each other.

Have your crushes on each other, (and you will have them), but we suggest that you don't take it any further.

Positives of an INFP-ESTP Relationship:

Vibrant Dynamism: INFPs and ESTPs can form a vibrant, dynamic pair. ESTPs are spontaneous, outgoing, and active, which can help the more introspective and thoughtful INFPs to step out of their comfort zones and engage more with the world around them.

Balance of Sensitivity and Pragmatism: While INFPs are sensitive and empathetic, ESTPs are practical and logical. This can create a balance where both partners help each other to see different perspectives, encouraging growth.

Shared Passion: Both INFPs and ESTPs are passionate in their own ways. INFPs in terms of their ideals and values, and ESTPs in their pursuits and activities. This shared passion can form a strong bond between them.

Challenges of an INFP-ESTP Relationship:

Different Communication Styles: INFPs are typically more reserved and may not communicate their needs or feelings as openly as ESTPs, who tend to be more direct. This could potentially lead to misunderstandings or feelings of neglect.

Disagreements Over Socializing: ESTPs are more extroverted and may want to socialize more than INFPs, who need time alone to recharge. It's important for both to understand and respect each other's needs in this area.

Opposing Views on Structure: INFPs tend to prefer a life that is less structured and more flexible, while ESTPs often prefer a more predictable and organized lifestyle. These opposing views may cause conflict if not properly managed.

In conclusion, an INFP-ESTP relationship can be dynamic and passionate, but it also has its challenges. Both types will need to exercise patience, understanding, and communication to ensure a healthy and balanced relationship. Remember, these are just guidelines, and individuals may vary greatly within each personality type.
