Scorpio Sun and Taurus Moon Tribe

          Keywords

A quiet strength; determination; concern for others; order and control cover a seething inner world; sensuality and self-control; the mystery of the material world.

          Combination Theme

You’re the most emotionally stable Scorpion. While Scorpio is notoriously known for its wide mood swings, Earth element Taurus grounds you and centers you, making you relatively calm compared to other Scorpios.

Both Scorpio and Taurus give your Tribe an abundance of willpower and endurance to achieve whatever you set your sights on. Scorpio can be emotionally impulsive, but Taurus is slow, steady and practical. You like to be in control and others prefer that you are. Your Tribe is particularly good with finances as you have a true appreciation and understanding for how the world functions.

Both Scorpio and Taurus are fixed Signs, meaning that you have strong beliefs and people tend to rely on your leadership as you age because your opinions tend to be well founded and battle tested. Be careful not to become so rigid that you miss opportunities to grow and expand your horizons.

          Strengths

Ability to dedicate yourself completely to what you are doing; your natural understanding of basic human needs and financial and economic realities.

          Weaknesses

Willful inflexibility; stubbornness; possessiveness; tendency to cling to what you know; self-doubt on emotional issues; occasional blindness to the motives of others.

          Relationships

You care deeply about those near and dear to you, and can readily sense what is going on in any situation. You can also, however, seem somewhat removed and remote, and may find it difficult to put your inner insights into words.

Both Scorpio and Taurus are of the fixed quality, and as a result you can be rather stubborn. Taurus, like Scorpio, is a passionate sign. It will, therefore increase the smoldering intensity that your Sun sign gives you.

You express your feelings in a warm and affectionate way, and are capable of giving great sexual enjoyment. However, the worst Taurean fault is possessiveness and if this is ignited by Scorpionic jealousy, you could well have a rash of problems and spoil your relationships.

          Parenthood

You are conventional and may be somewhat conservative in outlook. Be careful: your children could accuse you of being old-fashioned. You will work hard for them, but might be stricter than you realize. If you try to keep up with all their concerns, you should have few problems with the generation gap.
